El Yunque National Rainforest is vast, lush and more than a little mysterious. For male stripper and aspiring horror novelist Vlad Shustov, the forest offers plenty of inspiration, but a hike to a secluded waterfall with shy, bookish Hannah unleashes a different kind of passion.

As contestants on TVs sexiest reality show "Last Fling," Hannah, Vlad and their castmates spend ten wild weeks enjoying the sand and surf of Puerto Rico.

To hold her own in the cut-throat world of reality TV, Hannah enlists a few allies to help her become more sexy and confident. And who is better qualified to teach her than hot male stripper Vlad the Bad?  Hannah's clandestine trip to a lingerie boutique in colorful Old San Juan prompts a startling make-over.

On the beach with Hannah and Vlad

The luxurious Resorte Siete Mares on Puerto Rico's north coast is the perfect backdrop for two engaged couples to have that sexy "Last Fling" before they tie the knot. Hannah's fiancé Jack is ready for his TV star turn, but going on a reality show, makes Hannah question just how "real" their love is.

Hannah and Vlad soon learn that reality TV isn't what it seems. When a disasterous double date to a San Juan dive bar is edited to make Vlad look like the bad guy, Hannah has to decide if she's going to trust him.

"Vlad the Bad is anything but bad! He usually picks out the plain/shy one in the bunch and focus on them to make them feel pretty. I fell in love with him! Magic Mike who? I’m a Vlad fan!" ~ Nelle's Nightstand

Turning It On/Red Hot Russians #2

~Book editor Hannah Levinson couldn’t be happier. This “Nice Jewish Girl” is ready to marry the man she’s longed after for half her life. When her fiancé suggests they audition for Last Fling, a steamy new reality show for engaged couples, she lets herself be swayed. Maybe she’ll learn a thing or two.
Vlad Shustov’s fall from a once-bright career as a competitive figure skater was swift. Now trapped by a shameful past and an uncertain future, “Vlad the Bad” strips for cash. Joining the cast of Last Fling could earn him a fortune—or at least enough to finally leave stripping. But to win the show’s prize, he must seduce an engaged woman, something he can't even bear the thought of.
Hannah's not like any woman Vlad's met before. Betrayed by the man she thought she loved and relegated to the ugly-duckling role she’d worked so hard to shed, can she trust there’s more to Vlad than meets the eye? With sleazy TV tactics shattering the last shreds of the contestants' confidence, they'll have to believe true happiness is not only may be looking right at them.
